Dick Morrissey "was a wonderful man & always very kind to me. He was so respected in the music world & worked with vast amounts of great musicians - live, on recordings & on film soundtracks. It was a privilege to have known him, let alone to have worked with him & to be able to call him a friend was a real joy."

"A New World" is my second album,
recorded in 60 hours at a cost of over
£3,000. It was made at a time when I
still had very little recording experience
under my belt (only 6 hours). This
second project was therefore a learning
experience album.
TONY DE SARZEC, a drummer, was a
major player in helping me get this
project off the ground - with good
support from friends also.
Now, even though the original cassette
album (see photo left) became popular
with some, I stopped selling it around
1990. That was because I didn't think it
was good enough to sell to others (my
vocal imperfections grating on me).
However, in June 2007, after receiving
fan requests for a CD version, I decided
to go ahead and make the album
available once again.
Background instrumentation includes
synthesized sounds and powerful 'LIVE'
rock-style drumming by Tony.
Saxophone playing on "A New World" was performed by profesional musician
Dick Morrissey
